A few items of interest for my latest blog post, we enjoyed a nice walk up to Ivinghoe Beacon on what was a sunny but fresh day, felt like Spring had finally arrived. But then again, maybe not!
I also enjoyed celebrating my 48th birthday, I'm not too disheartened by the actual number, just shocked at where the time has gone. The Spicebomb aftershave was a birthday present from Mrs F and I have to say it's pretty damn nice stuff as well as looking like a grenade which you pull the pin to be able to spray. Love it.
Other images include a shot of Bruno taken for the LETBR rescue centre, as well as a particularly nice pale ale from Aldi at £1.25 a bottle....bargain! I also came down with a cold in March, it was like an epidemic at work. I very rarely get colds, think this was the first I've had in 3 years. Anyway I came across the Manflu tonic in Boots after a friend had recommended it. Tastes pretty much like a lemony/honey flavoured drink, quite nice and whether or not it aided my recovery I have no idea, but I like the packaging.
That's all for now...
Here's a video we made of Bruno doing some hill training to help build up his muscles in his recently operated leg.
Our vets had advised us that it would help as part of his recuperation, though I'm not sure he was as enthusiastic about it as I was! Maybe it will help improve my muscles?!?!
He's coming on leaps and bounds now which is great and enjoying his walks more as he's able to go off lead and explore a bit. I made the video using an app called Viva Video Pro which is available on both iOS and Android, we just shot lots of short clips on my mobile and then edited them within the app, including adding the music and transitions. Quite a nifty app for £1.99
